The 3E Framework was first developed by the TESEP (Transforming and Enhancing the Student Experience through Pedagogy) project in 2007. It has since been further developed at Edinburgh Napier University and adopted by a number of other institutions including York St John.
The UWL TEL Toolkit has drawn on material made available by both Edinburgh Napier & York St John under Creative Common Licences.
