The purpose of the UWL TEL Toolkit is to assist staff to incorporate technology-enhanced learning (TEL) into their modules. It supports the University of West London’s CREATE Excellence: Learning, Teaching and Assessment Strategy 2014-2018.

“We will enhance the experience of our students and staff through the effective and creative harnessing of technology, continuing to invest in new technology, whilst ensuring that we make the most effective use of existing technological solutions.

A key principle will be to ensure that technology is used for good pedagogic purposes, and not merely for its own sake.”

There are three elements to the UWL TEL Toolkit:

A set of requirements that all modules should follow. It is based on the Student Entitlement Declaration in the Student Handbook
